Transducer technology

All of our trandsducers are designed and made in house, we design and own all the transducer part tools to make sure superb sound quality.

Compression driver techonlogy: It's all about precision, our pantent in compression driver design ensure that we do not need a spacer to elimilate the tollerence between diaphram and phase plug which is what other company is doing for their one, Our FEA shows that for small diaphram the dome performs pretty good but once it's getting bigger than 50 mm, then the dome is going to become much worse than a ring radiator, so for lesss than 50 mm comrpession driver we use dome diaphram and for bigger than 50 mm compreission dirver we go with ring radiator,our 65 mm and 75 mm ring diaphram compression driver have no break mode up to 25khz, that's way better than our competitor from Italy or US.. With FEA optimized motor structure, we will be able to use ferro fluid in the gap to conduct heat better to achieve much higher power handling. our compression driver not only output higher sound presure but also sounds better than competitors.

Class D amplifier technology

Precison Drive discontinued all anology amplifier design and manufacture.

Class D amplifier represents the future of amplifier, Light weight and high efficiency, Precision Drive leads the most advanced class D amplifier technology to keep our product to be ahead of the competitor. Pd is dedicated in GaN mosfet application in calss D amp and switch mode power supply, and we are expecting to minimize the 45% of the heat by year 2024, with our advanced switch mode power supply and class D amplifier technology, our active speaker is not only lighter but also louder.

Sound System design technology /DSP capability

From passive loudspeaker to active-driven full horn loaded system, we do all designs in house. There are two main types of sound system designs that have been prominent in the market, consisting of single point source or multiple point source concepts like line array. Multi point source arose from the requirements for very high output power. both of them have advantages that the other does not have, for small or midium occasions, let's say less than 2K audience the point source will be much simpler and easier to use, also sound quality is superb from a point source system. but for big occasions like 10K audience, you better choose a line array, Line array still can not compete point source in sound quality but it does output higher sound pressure, that's why we don't make small line array system, for small occasions point source will take all the advantiges: much easier to install & uninstall, better sound quality. The key is for small occasions, our full horn load point source sound system will be more than enough to satisfy the farest audience. The installation time will be only 1/4 of a small line array system. System compatibility - every product is part of a system solution, optimised for the best performance. with core DSP techology, we would be able to optimise our system performance, at the same time making our driver work at it's best working conditions, output maxium sound pressure without any phasical damage or audible distortion,with the new BLE technology, APP cotrol via bluetooth will be adopoted into our design to achive simple user interface and all parametric control, in another words, PD product is designed not only for professional user but also for ordinary people.
